Liminal space is a threshold, a passage, between what we have known and what is coming.
As old beliefs no longer serve, we are in an undefined space into which the new way emerges.
We live in such a space as humanity. We live in such a space within an individual experience, in which normal assurances no longer define us or point the way.
Fear and anxiety can arise within such a space causing us to retreat to old way or react in defense or aggression or choose the unknown that informs us of new ways of living and knowing self.
Transformation requires us to traverse liminality and embrace the unknown and our greater self.
We will explore ways to navigate the internal and external challenges of liminal space.
